On-premise agentic AI

OWN Intelligence™

AI you own, running where you work.

A complete agentic AI ecosystem deployed inside your walls. Your agents, models, and knowledge run on your infrastructure, under your rules, so every workflow your team builds becomes an asset of the business instead of training data for a vendor.

  • Regulated teams that can't send data to public AI
  • Companies protecting trade secrets and proprietary know-how
  • Operations that need AI to keep working offline
Sovereign

Your data stays on-site

Deployed on your hardware or private cloud. Prompts, documents, and outputs never leave your control.

Agentic

Agents that do the work

AI agents that run your workflows end to end, built around your processes and connected to your systems.

Governed

Every action checked and logged

Policies are enforced before an agent acts, with a complete record of what happened and why.

Private

Never trains anyone else's model

Your data improves your system only. Fully offline operation is available when you need it.

ONE Intelligence™

OWN Intelligence™ is powered by the ONE Intelligence™ ecosystem, our sister brand for sovereign enterprise AI. Intelligence as an Asset™.

What it does

Six parts, one system.

Your people keep working where they work: email, Teams, meetings, documents, forms and your website. The platform works alongside them.

Capture

Client email, meetings and team chat become owned tasks, decisions and follow-ups, each with the message it came from.

Running at ONE today

Meetings

Live transcripts by speaker, minutes, decisions and action items sent to every attendee. Audio is processed on your hardware.

Running at ONE today

Knowledge

Your documents, glossary and history, searchable by your team and by the agents, so answers come from your own records.

In development

Approvals

Forms that agents draft and people review, send back, approve and sign, with every step recorded.

From SmartForms™, in use since 2026

Workflow agents

Agents for your own processes: intake, accounts payable, compliance review, reporting. Built for you, on the same rules.

Built per client

Operations

Releases, testing and status for teams that deliver work to their own clients: what is waiting, on whom, since when.

Running at ONE today
Customer zero

We run our own company on it first.

Our team's client email, meetings and Teams chat run through OWN Intelligence™, on a Mac mini we own. These are its measured results on our own work.

84%

of requests and action items in client email caught and turned into tasks

Scored against a year of our own project email, chat, meetings and code history.

$1.10

per meeting hour for a live transcript, minutes, decisions and action items

Measured model cost on our own client meetings.

$0.76

per 100 chat messages read for decisions, questions and follow-ups

Measured model cost on our own Teams history.

An agent that catches 84% still misses some. That is why every proposal waits for a person, and why we publish the number.

Governance

Four rules in every agent.

They are how we run our own company on the system, and they are not optional for clients either.

  • Agents propose, people decide

An agent drafts a task, a form or a reply. Nothing is sent, changed or published until a person accepts it.

  • Every run is on the record

Each agent run is logged with its input, output, model and cost, on your hardware, where your auditors can read it.

  • Budgets and one off switch

Each agent can be off, manual or automatic, with a cost cap per run and per month, and one switch that stops them all.

  • Read-only by default

Agents read your mailbox and chat; they do not write to them. Text from outside is treated as data, never as instructions.

An example

One request, start to finish.

What the rules look like on an ordinary Tuesday morning.

Example

From: Dana Ruiz · Ruiz Family Office · 9:12 am

Re: Q4 transfers

Could you send me the updated wire authorization form before Friday? The bank changed its template. Thanks, Dana

Nobody forwards it or copies it into a tracker. The intake agent reads the shared inbox, inside your office, as the email arrives.

Example

Proposed by the intake agent · from Dana Ruiz's email, 9:12 am

Send Dana the updated wire authorization form

Due
Friday
Owner
Client operations
Form
Wire authorization, pre-filled from the client record, waiting for a signature

The agent drafts. It does not send anything, change any record or reply to the client.

Example

Send Dana the updated wire authorization form

AcceptChangeReject

Maria accepted it, moved it to herself and sent the form for signature.

A person makes every decision. A rejection, with its reason, teaches the agent what to leave alone next time.

Example
  • 9:12Intake agent proposed a task and a form$0.02
  • 9:31Maria accepted it, with one change–
  • 9:33Form sent to Dana for signature–
  • 14:05Dana signed; the form was filed to her record–

Every agent run is logged with its input, output, model and cost, on your hardware. Budgets cap the spend, and one switch stops every agent.

Deployment

Choose how private, not how capable.

The same platform in all three. We lease or supply the hardware at cost, so price rises in the hardware market are not built into your contract.

The usual choice

Private + frontier models

The system and all your data live on hardware in your office. Only the reasoning goes out, to Claude or GPT under business terms that do not train on your data.

A Mac mini or Mac Studio class machine

For sensitive work

Hybrid

Sensitive steps run on an open model on your own hardware; everything else uses frontier models. We set the routing agent by agent.

Mac Studio or ONE Spark (NVIDIA DGX Spark)

On request

Air-gapped

Every model runs on your hardware, with no outside connection. For defense contractors and the most sensitive legal and health work.

ONE Station Pro (GPU workstation or server)

Which one fits?

Does the work involve regulated or confidential data (client finances, health records, privileged matters)?
Must it keep working with no internet connection at all?

Suggested: Private + frontier models. Your system and your data stay on-site, and the best available models do the reasoning. The assessment confirms it.

How we work

Five stages, one accountable team

Every project moves through the same lifecycle, so you always know what's done, what's next, and who owns it.

  1. STAGE 1

    Discover

Map the process, the users, and the outcome that matters.

  2. STAGE 2

    Design

UX, architecture, and a clickable plan you approve before code.

  3. STAGE 3

    Develop

Build in short cycles with continuous testing and demos.

  4. STAGE 4

    Deploy

Launch with a tested rollback, training, and documentation.

  5. STAGE 5

    Maximize

Measure, improve, and grow what's working.

Questions

What buyers ask us first.

Where does our data live?

On hardware in your office, or in a private environment you control. Email, documents, transcripts, records and the audit log all stay there. In the default deployment only the reasoning step goes to a frontier model, under business terms that do not train on your data.

Which AI models does it use?

By default, Claude or GPT for reasoning, chosen agent by agent for quality and cost. In a hybrid deployment, sensitive steps run on an open model on your own hardware. In an air-gapped deployment every model runs locally. For regulated buyers we can offer open models from US and European developers.

Can it run with no internet at all?

Yes, in the air-gapped deployment, on larger hardware. Most clients choose the default or hybrid deployment, because frontier models still do the hardest reasoning best. We say which one you are running, in writing.

What does the agent get wrong?

On our own data, the intake agent catches about 84% of the requests and action items in client email, and it can propose things that turn out not to matter. Every proposal waits for a person, and rejections with a reason are how it improves.

What happens to the system if we stop working with ONE?

Your data, records and audit log live on your hardware in standard formats, so they stay with you. We agree the software and support terms in writing before you start.

Is it compliant with HIPAA, FINRA or other rules?

Keeping data on your own hardware makes compliance easier, but it is not a certificate. We design each deployment with your compliance team, sign the agreements your rules require, and do not claim a certification we do not hold.

On-premise AI assessment

Start with one workflow.

Two weeks, three of your workflows, a clear recommendation for the deployment and the hardware, and an estimate of the hours it gives back.
